Hi I’m Phoebe, a Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher based in Coventry and Warwickshire, dedicated to supporting mental health, emotional wellbeing and mindful movement.
Yoga has been a powerful tool for my own mental health, fitness and overall wellbeing and it is now my mission to share these practices with others. Whether you are seeking stress relief, mindful movement, improved strength and flexibility, or simply a space to reconnect with your self, you will be welcomed exactly as you are.
My approach isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating space for yourself, moving with intention and feeling more balanced on and off the mat. Whether your completely new to yoga or already have a practice you’re invited to move, breathe and reconnect at your own pace.
I offer group classes (online and offline) and personalised 1-1 classes.

Phoebes yoga classes have helped me to find time for myself, she has taught me new poses and that its okay to make mistakes. Her energy is so friendly and calming and she has the sweetest soul. Her classes are perfect for when you need a bit of relaxation and me time.
